CURRENT POSITIONS:

Construction Site Superintendent

We are a Hospitality Renovations General Contractor. Our mission is to provide every client the highest level of quality renovations to their hotels across the United States. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and products as leaders in the hospitality industry. We are seeking an experienced Traveling Construction Site Superintendent to join our team. Your role as the onsite superintendent will be to travel to the hotel projects and manage all aspects of the day to day activities while living on site from mobilization to completion. As a member of the Operations department, you will work with Accounting, Estimating, and Purchasing, while reporting to our Senior Project Manager.

What You Will Do:
• Plan, assign, schedule, and supervise the work of each trade on the projects while maintaining the budget and project schedule
• Maintain daily communication with office and field leadership on project status through daily field reports, and photos/files
• Set daily production/task expectations the day before and hold crews accountable
• Assist in creating construction scheduling, budgeting, deliverables, and field observation reports
• Identify, track, monitor, and communicate project-related issues, job costs, scope changes, delays, Out of Sequence Work, contingencies, and roadblocks that may arise during the implementation of projects
• Assist in project punch list management, administration, and as built drawings
• Plan ahead to manage the necessary manpower, materials and equipment demands
• Maintain proper safety and equipment certifications to complete scope of work. Enforce policies and procedures to manage and secure site and equipment

What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:
• High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented
• Ability to estimate, build schedules, read construction plans, perform takeoffs, and organize project list
• Analytical skills, including operating Microsoft Office
• Forklift Certification
• OSHA 30 Certification

Construction Project Coordinator

We are a Hospitality Renovations General Contractor and our mission is to provide every client the highest level of quality renovations to their hotels across the United States. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service as leaders in the hospitality industry. We are seeking an JR level Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. Your role will be to to identify and write the scope of work from plans or property improvement plans, do take offs, and create/manage purchase orders. As a member of the Operations department, you will work with Estimating and Purchasing Team members.

What You Will Do:
• Identify and write the scope of work for each project
• Learn to review and understand construction renovation plans
• Become familiar with doing take offs of FF&E/Construction Materials
• Write, submit, and manage purchase orders with vendors
• Track PO's from accounting to project installation

What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:
• High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe
