What We Do

River Ridge Renovations is a licensed general contractor specializing in hotel renovations. River Ridge is currently licensed in multiple states and has the knowledge and skill to obtain additional licenses and perform renovations across the nation. River Ridge can uniquely provide expertise in the repositioning of assets, property improvement plans, and property condition assessments.

LICENSED GENERAL
CONTRACTOR

As a General Contractor, River Ridge will self-perform your Renovation or Conversion Project using our dedicated crews. Project Managers and Superintendents work together to ensure we execute each project under budget and on schedule while providing weekly progress reports.

DESIGN &
PROCUREMENT

In addition to construction, RRR has the capability to fulfill your entire renovation needs by designing custom or prototype schemes along with procuring the specified products from suppliers throughout the world. Our in-house licensed Interior Designer and Procurement Manager will ensure that all submittals are approved by brand and ownership prior to coordinating delivery. Once approvals are received, the procurement team tracks deliverables by producing and maintaining an expediting report for the duration of the project.

Our team consistently works with Ownership, Architect, Engineer, and Brand from the initial stages of project development to the completion and project closeout.

“Exceed your customer’s expectations. If you do, they’ll come back over and over.”
